Recently, a delegation from Qingdao KEEJOO Group visited the Hefei Intelligent Manufacturing Base of China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group Steel Structure Construction Co., Ltd. for an on-site tour and exchange session. As an industry benchmark, China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group’s Hefei base boasts an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons and is equipped with advanced machinery—including intelligent shot-blasting and rust-removal lines—enabling intelligent production across the entire steel structure industry chain.
During the visit, the Qingdao KEEJOO Group team toured key areas—including the intelligent manufacturing workshop and the R&D and testing center—to observe processes such as automated steel component processing and intelligent surface treatment. They also studied the benchmark enterprise's best practices regarding digital management and green construction. During the subsequent symposium, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics ranging from the upgrading of surface treatment technologies to the application of intelligent equipment. They reached a consensus on deepening their collaboration, thereby laying a solid foundation for future joint efforts to empower the high-quality development of the steel structure industry.
