The Chinese manufacturer Qingdao KEEJOO Group provide Brake Disc Shot Blasting Machine is an automated device that uses high-speed shot (steel shot or wire cut shot) thrown to impact the surface of brake pads for cleaning, strengthening, finishing and deburring.
Working principle
The Brake Disc Shot Blasting Machine uses a high-speed rotating shot blasting wheel to accelerate and throw the shot, which impacts the surface of the brake pad. Under the powerful impact and friction, rust, oxide scale and other impurities are thoroughly removed, and at the same time, the surface roughness is improved to enhance the friction performance.
Function and Purpose
Cleaning function: Remove the oxide scale, oil stains and mold residues on the surface of brake pads.
Roughened surface: Provides the best adhesion for subsequent spraying.
Remove burrs: Eliminate burrs and flash produced after machining to enhance product quality and safety.
Surface strengthening: By means of shot impact, compressive stress is generated on the surface of the workpiece, which helps to enhance the fatigue strength of brake pads.Technical data
