The KEEJOO high quality flange disc parts shot blasting machine is a multi-station automated equipment based on an intermittent rotary turntable. The core design concept is to enable the workpiece to rotate at high speed within the shot blasting area, thereby ensuring that the upper and lower end faces, inner and outer circumferences, and all edges and corners of the workpiece can receive thorough and uniform shot blasting treatment. Loading: Workers or robots place workpieces on the turntable.
Sealing: Close the cabin door to form a sealed working chamber, ensuring production safety and environmental protection.
Startup: The turntable starts to rotate at a constant speed, and the motor of the blast wheel begins.
Shot blasting cleaning: A high-speed shot flow is thrown out to cover every surface of the workpiece (including the top and bottom, inside and outside, grooves and holes).
Shot circulation: The shot after hitting and the impurities removed are conveyed by a screw conveyor, elevator and separator to achieve automatic recovery, screening and recycling of the shot.
Dust removal and purification: The accompanying high-efficiency dust removal system continuously draws air, drawing dust into the dust collector for filtration, ensuring that the indoor environment is dust-free and emissions meet standards.
Blanking: After cleaning is completed, the turntable stops and a new workpiece is removed.Equipment features:
