KEEJOO shot blasting machine for the ship plate pretreatment line is mainly used for surface pretreatment of ship plates. Its core function is to clean oxide scale, welding slag and dirt, improve surface roughness, and enhance corrosion resistance and adhesion. This equipment has a high efficiency in shot blasting treatment and can be carried out under closed conditions. It is equipped with a high-efficiency dust collection system to achieve zero pollution emissions. If equipped with an automatic spray painting device, a continuous and unmanned production line for rust removal and primer spraying can be formed, significantly improving the cleaning efficiency and anti-corrosion performance.
