KEEJOO durable thin steel plate pretreatment line is a kind of equipment used for the pre-treatment of steel processing. It is mainly used to clean the rust layer and dirt on the surface of thin plates and carry out painting treatment to improve the anti-corrosion ability and service life of thin plates. The thin plate pretreatment line mainly consists of a conveying system, shot blasting and dust removal system, painting system, drying system, paint mist and waste gas treatment system, electrical program control system, etc. It can be equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system, preheating chamber, etc., to further optimize the pretreatment effect of thin plates.

3.Environmental protection treatment
The shot and dust mixture is separated by a screw conveyor, elevator and separator. The shot can be recycled, while the dust is purified and treated by a dust removal system
