Precautions for Use
Check before operation
Confirm that the vulnerable parts such as the impeller, blades and control cage of the shot blasting machine are not worn or damaged.
Check whether the roller conveyor rotates flexibly and whether there is no deformation on the surface of the conveying roller conveyor.
Verify that the filter bags of the dust removal system are undamaged and the fan is operating normally.
Material preparation
Select appropriate shot (such as steel shot or cast iron shot) based on the material of the workpiece to ensure that the particle size and hardness meet the process requirements.
Safety protection
