Abnormal air volume adjustment of separator
Phenomenon: Excessive air volume causes the pellets to be sucked into the dust collector, or insufficient air volume affects the separation effect.
Solution: Adjust the separator wind speed to 4-5m/s, and fine-tune the size of the air outlet through the butterfly valve and the adjustment plate to ensure that the flow curtain is uniform and does not suck out the pellets.
Decrease in separation efficiency
Phenomenon: The pellets are not separated thoroughly and the dust content is too high.
Solution: Check whether the filter cartridge is installed firmly and whether there is any damage, and clean the attached dust; ensure the sealing of the dust removal pipeline to avoid air leakage. Regularly replace worn filter cartridges or adjust the uniformity of the flow curtain.
Separator blocking
Phenomenon: The pellets are stuck and cause the separator to overload.
Solution: Clean the residual pellets inside the separator, check whether the conveyor belt or scraper is damaged, and replace parts if necessary.
Abnormal structure of separator
Phenomenon: Uneven flow curtain or abnormal wind speed in the separation area.
Solution: Adjust the flow control plate to the full curtain state to ensure that the wind speed in the separation zone is stable at 4-5m/s. Check whether the flow control plate is loose or deformed, and replace parts if necessary.
