Ruber belt are wear parts, it need regularly inspect for wear during daily use and replace them in a timely manner based on the actual extent of wear to ensure the Crawler shot blasting machine operates properly.
Here is the method for replacing the rubber belt of the crawler shot blasting machine :
Removal the rubber belt of Crawler shot blasting machine ：
1. Open the door and remove the internal guard plate of the chamber（as below picture），
2. Then disassemble the belt drive chain, chain cover, bearing and flange.
3. Remove the end plate bolts，End plate disengages from flange，Remove the end plate from the chamber, Then pull out the shaft in turn (1 drive shaft, 2 driven shafts and 2 rollers)
Install the rubber belt：
Removal the old rubber belt from the Crawler shot blasting machine chamber, put in the new one , Hoist the rubber belt in the chamber with wire(Easy to wear drive shaft), Insert the drive shaft first , Then the front driven shaft (at the door) through ,Finally, the rear driven shaft is threaded in;
Align the inner rib of the belt with the groove in the middle of the roller shaft, Install the end plate to the end plate flange and secure, Install the shaft end flanges one by one, After the flange is installed in place, Install the bearing on the flange,(The bearing bottom pad is about 2mm),Finally, install the chamber plate guard in place.
Debugging：
Tighten the belt properly, and turn on the crawler to rotate forward, check whether the belt deviates, Where the belt runs off , tighten the side appropriately, It can be used normally until it is adjusted.
