Structure and working principle
The Rust Removal Shot Blasting Machine is mainly composed of a shot blasting chamber, a mesh belt conveying system, a shot acceleration device (such as an impeller), and a dust removal system. During operation, the workpiece is conveyed to the shot blasting chamber through the mesh belt. The high-speed rotating impeller accelerates the shot and throws it onto the surface of the workpiece. The impact force of the shot can remove impurities such as rust layers and oxide scales, and at the same time, the surface of the workpiece is leveled through friction.
