1. **Feeding:** The metal parts awaiting processing are placed evenly onto the mesh belt conveyor; once the equipment is activated, the mesh belt operates smoothly.
2. **Shot Blasting:** Inside the blasting chamber, high-power blast wheels rotate at high speed, accelerating steel shots to velocities of 40–70 meters per second and directing them onto the surface of the parts to thoroughly remove scale, rust, and burrs.
3. **Discharging:** Upon completion of processing, the treated parts are continuously conveyed by the mesh belt to the discharge end, where they proceed directly to the next stage of production (such as painting, assembly, etc.), thereby enabling a continuous production workflow.
