The Welded Tube Shot Blasting Machine adopts a PLC control system. The workpieces are driven by the conveying roller conveyor to pass through the shot blasting area at a constant speed. The shot impacts the surface of the workpieces at high speed to remove the oxide scale, rust layer and welding residues. The outer wall is treated with shot blasting technology, while the inner wall is combined with shot peening process to ensure consistent cleaning effects on both the inner and outer walls.
