Characteristic
360° thorough cleaning without blind spots: The unique inclined roller design enables the workpiece to be tossed in all directions during the rolling process, thoroughly removing surface oxide scale, sand mold residues and burrs.
Anti-collision protection system: Lined with high-wear-resistant rubber/manganese steel guard plates, combined with scientifically distributed reinforcing ribs, to minimize workpiece damage to the greatest extent.

Advantages
1. Dynamic design of inclined rollers
The axis of the drum is inclined at an Angle of 15° to 25° to the horizontal. Under the combined action of gravity and centrifugal force, the workpiece underturns in a spiral manner, avoiding dead corners for accumulation.
The rotational speed is infinitely adjustable (3-12 RPM), meeting the cleaning intensity requirements of workpieces made of different materials.
2. Multi-angle projectile system
2 to 4 high-efficiency direct-coupled shot blasters are adopted and arranged at key positions along the axial direction of the drum, with a shot coverage rate of over 98%.
High-chromium alloy blades are selected, with a service life of ≥1500 hours, and the shot flow rate can be independently regulated.
3. Intelligent control system
PLC touch screen control, preset various process programs for castings, forgings, heat-treated parts, etc.
Real-time monitoring of shot blasting intensity, dust removal negative pressure, and vibrating screen operating conditions, with automatic alarm in case of abnormality.
4. Environmentally friendly and low-consumption design
