Welded Frames Shot Blasting Machine mainly consists of a shot blasting cleaning chamber, a hoist, a separator, a screw conveyor, a double-hook system, a self-rotating device and a dust removal system. The equipment adopts a pitless design, which saves the cost of foundation construction and is easy to maintain.
Working principle and process
Loading: Workers hoist the welded frame onto the hook
Entering the shot blasting chamber: The hook for loading the workpiece enters the shot blasting cleaning chamber along the track.
Shot blasting cleaning: When the workpiece enters the room, the door closes automatically. When the Welded Frames Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine starts up, multiple blast wheels project a large amount of shot onto the surface of the workpiece from different angles and directions. Meanwhile, the hook will drive the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed, ensuring there are no cleaning dead corners.
Shot circulation: The shot ejected and the impurities cleaned off are collected and separated through conveying systems such as screw conveyors and bucket elevators. The separator will separate the intact shot from the dust. The intact shot is recovered and sent back to the blast wheels for recycling.
Dust removal and purification: The dust generated during the cleaning process is extracted and collected by the dust removal system (such as cartridge dust collectors) to ensure that the discharged air meets environmental protection standards.
Discharging and unloading: After the cleaning is completed, the hook carries the workpiece out of the Welded Frames Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine chamber. The operator removes the processed workpiece, completing one working cycle.
