The Heat-Treated Gears Shot Blasting Machine conveys workpieces into the cleaning chamber through tracks. The tumblast drive the workpieces to roll, while the blast wheel throws out shot at high speed, forming a dense flow beam to evenly strike the surface of the workpieces, removing oxide scale, rust and adhered sand. The pellets flow into the screw conveyor through the belt holes and are sent to the separator for recycling. The dust is filtered and discharged by the dust removal system.
