Working Principle
The entire coil of wire rod is feed by a feeding mechanism into a sealed shot-blasting chamber. The equipment is outfitted with multiple high-speed shot-blasting wheels, arranged in a layout optimized through simulation, which project steel shot at a constant velocity of 60–80 m/s to deliver a full, 360-degree blast coverage to the wire rod. Through the combination of uniform mechanical feeding and precise shot impact, surface rust, mill scale, and impurities are rapidly stripped away. The dislodged scale, dust, and spent steel shot enter a circulation and separation system; here, they undergo precise sorting via an air classifier and a vibrating screen. The qualified steel shot is automatically recycled for reuse,
while dust and impurities are centrally collected and filtered, thereby completing a fully automated, closed-loop operation encompassing feeding, shot blasting and cleaning, shot recovery, dust removal and purification, and final discharge.
